Another rewatch! I think I see this movie on average about every 4 or 5 years, and every single time it shows me something different about itself, which in turn reflects something that is different in *me* since the last time I watched.

And as it so happens, this is the first time I've watched it since the pandemic (not to mention the 2024 election), which cast all of the character's actions in an interesting, if not necessarily wholly different, light.
